Can we help you?
It’s very possible, but it mostly depends on you.
For example, if you are looking to get full market price and all cash for your house, we cannot help you. In other words, if your house is worth $130,000 and you are looking to get $130,000 in cash today, there is no way we can make that work for us.
It’s true that we can pay all cash and that we can pay close to full price. We just can’t do both at the same time.
Does that mean that we will make you a really low offer? Not necessarily. There are several other ways we can buy your property and still make it a win-win for everyone. The key is that we understand your needs and that you be flexible and open to alternative solutions.
